Sean and Daniella Voysey Olson are lifelong film lovers and self-taught filmmakers from Minneapolis. Breakfast for Dinner is their second short film: their first, Brother, received the award for Best New Filmmaker at the 2010 Quiet on the Set Film Festival in Minneapolis. Among their favorite films are the Lord of the Rings, anything Pixar, and Big Trouble in Little China (that’s more of a Sean thing). They live in the Twin Cities with their daughter, Maria, and are currently writing their next project, which was the recipient of the 2012 Minnesota IFP Fresh Filmmakers grant. Their film, Brother, will be shown during Film Session 6 which begins at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 30.
